DNA Drive Mode Selector functionalities are designed to enhance the efficiency and performance of the Alfa Romeo Stelvio.
- D: Dynamic Mode, for sports driving. The engine and gearbox adopt sporty mapping and increase traction in curves and sensitivity to the accelerator pedal during acceleration.
- N: Natural Mode, with a standard engine and gearbox response, and a more comfortable suspension setup.
- A: Advanced Efficiency Mode is engineered to maximize efficiency and reduced emissions.
ALFA™ LINK SUSPENSION SYSTEM
The All-aluminium Alfa™ Link Suspension System helps ensure excellent dynamic driving behavior and unique handling. The front suspension features a double-wishbone system with semivirtual steering axis that helps keep the wheels perpendicular to the road even through intense turns. The rear suspension, a multilink system with four and a half links, provides the best of both worlds between lateral grip and comfort on uneven surfaces. The available Alfa™ Active Suspension dynamically adjusts vehicle response according to the mode chosen with the Alfa™ DNA Drive Mode Selector: a softer shock absorbing setting for a comfortable ride, or a rigid setting for a precise and sporty driving.
